Tom Pasha
President

 

Tom began his career in the meetings and event planning industry with Hyatt Hotels. With Hyatt Tom held the position of Sales Manager and Director of Sales in more than a dozen convention hotels, destination resorts and sales offices nationwide.

He put his sales and management experience to work with other planning companies before forming Contact Planning.

Today Tom is regarded as one of the industry's top planners. In addition, Tom also delivers audio-conferences, sales training and performance consulting.

Bob Lauterbach
Vice President

Bob graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Public Relations and Communications.

He began his hotel career as a banquet supervisor and in operational positions for Intercontinental Hotels and was promoted to Marketing Consultant.

Following his on-site assignments, Bob moved into National Sales for some of the industry’s top Sales Offices.

Most recently, he worked as a Global and National Account Manager for Westin, Sheraton and Hyatt Hotels.

Bob joined Contact Planning, Inc. in 2006 and provides site selection and professional meeting planning services to Corporate and Association clients from the company’s Midwest sales office.

Lisa Smith
Account Manager

Based in Daytona Beach, Lisa has over 14 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing.  After holding management positions at two travel marketing firms, she spent a number of years with Ocean Waters Management as Sales and Marketing Specialist.   Most recently, she was a Sales Manager for SunCruz Casinos. 

Lisa joined CONTACT Planning in 2009, and specializes in destination marketing, FIT and local corporate meetings.

Adam Kelly
Director of National Accounts

Adam attended Missouri State University earning a degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration.  Upon graduation, he took a position as a Corporate Management Trainee with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.  On completion of the training program, Adam was promoted and transferred through various management positions in the hotel, focusing on guest service and operations before moving into the Sales Department. 

Adam moved on as a National Account Manager for an independent management company that operates the InterContinental and Sheraton Hotels of Kansas City, two of the premier hotels in the midwest market.  Adam worked to develop relationships and serve his corporate and association clients. 

Adam joined CONTACT Planning in 2009.  His top priority while working on the behalf of his national clientele,  is making the meeting planning process as cost effective and efficient as possible, through his attention to detail and follow-up.

Guy Bagg, CMP
Vice-President of Sales

Guy Bagg directs the CONTACT Planning effort from our Mid-Atlantic office, working out of the Philadelphia area. Graduating from Wesleyan University, Guy worked with Marriott and Hyatt Hotels early in his career, with assignments in Galveston, Houston, Denver, and Greenville, South Carolina. Guy's career focus turned to premier resort management and marketing. He went onto Director of Sales positions at the Hyatt Regency Monterey, Colonial Williamsburg Resorts, Doral Golf Resort, and Hershey Resorts. Guy went on to become Director, Mid-Atlantic Group Sales for Preferred Hotel Group, comprising over 750 hotels and resorts around the world.

Guy, with a CMP certification since 2001, brings a wealth of contacts and experience to his corporate and association clientele and is driven to customize every booking to the exact needs of his clients. Whether a city-wide convention, an annual meeting, a series of continuing education programs or a fund-raising golf tournament, Guy's attention to detail will work to deliver an extraordinary event.
